Personal fitness trainer Andy Peacock is experiencing existential crisis after he realises that all his friends are moving on to the next stage in their lives. They are all getting married, settling down, and accepting the responsibilities of an adult life, while he is still in the same old spot — he hasn't been moving forward in his career for years, his love life boils down to a string of no-strings-attached relationships, and now he must act fast and change something unless he wants to be left behind.
